Our philosophy
Roosta is an ideas-led graphic design consultancy based in Watford, Hertfordshire. We work with a diverse range of clients, from small startup businesses to large established companies.

Our philosophy is to create original design solutions that surprise, excite and engage. Each and every project is thoroughly researched and developed, with the clients core values being understood before pencil is put to paper. Delivering a final solution that’s on time, within budget and surpasses all expectations.

We hope that our website gives you an indication of the standard and creativity of our work, as well as giving you a look at what makes us tick both in and away from the coop.

Where it all began
Luke Trickett, has a wealth of industry experience since qualifying with a first in Typographic Design back in 1998. He began his career at Centaur Publications in central London working on prestigious titles such as Creative Review, Design Week and Marketing Week, along with large events and exhibition departments where he produced work for The Money Marketing and the The Design Week Awards to name but a few.

After leaving Centaur he joined the award winning design agency J2*, gaining valuable industry experience working with clients such as Oxfam, Total Oil UK, ProLogis, Fujifilm, Saracens Rugby, TEAC and the Harlequin Shopping Centre.

Mango Media in London's Soho was Luke's next port of call, where he spent many enjoyable years developing both his print and web design skills. Working with respected organisations such as Red Bull, Orient Express, DTZ and Sainsbury's gave Luke the opportunity of dealing with distinguished clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as developing a network of photography, illustration, printer and web contacts that he still calls upon today.

Luke has now established his own company – Roosta, working with a broad range of clients on a on a diverse range of projects, whilst having a little bit of fun along the way!
